[BUG-10199] Eject, Freeze, and Ban Rights Not Working for my Staff

Steps to Reproduce

Testing and teach Eject and Bans for trolls.

Actual Behavior

I have granted Eject and Ban rights to members of my Staff Land Group and they do not work for any group members other than myself, the owner. The correct rights have checked boxes and they do not function

Expected Behavior

The Eject feature to wor and Parcel Ban to work.

At the location you gave - that parcel is owned by Banditwolf100 Resident. The parcel would need to be group owned for your group members with the correct abilities to be able to eject/ban/freeze etc.

This page tells you how to deed a parcel to a group: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Group-owned-land/ta-p/700079#Section_.3

Once the parcel is deeded to your group (group owned), group members with the "Eject & freeze residents on parcels" etc ability will be able to perform those actions.
