[BUG-227439] My invetory is lost #5728

What just happened?

I urgently need help. I emptied my trash, as I normally do, and a folder that was not even in the trash was completely gone. It's a folder with my G&S items, of which there is no redelivery. They are expensive items and many gachas. I can't miss this. How do I get it back since I didn't delete it.

opening items I picked up at a fair

What were you expecting to happen instead?

i need my itens come back to me please

Hi Pietra,

Jira is not for 1:1 personal technical support and is therefore not able to provide one to one support in a timely manner. I'm sorry to hear that an Important folder was deleted along with your Trash. Unfortunately we do not have a means to recover deleted inventory in any way. If it was due to corrupt inventory there is a very small chance support can fix the corrupt inventory and fix it. But if it was truly deleted there isn't anything we can do.
