How would you like the feature to work?

Add a column to the table of land auctions on the website which lists the "minimum starting bid". Should be easy enough, just displaying another column from an already existing database.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

Unscrupulous land owners set unreasonably high starting bid prices, to get you to check out their offering, which sometimes just turns out to be a rental. Community always benefits from transparency.
