Hi Wendi,
This is quite an interesting bug report. So far we have been unable to reproduce the issue on either Win10 or Mac systems internally, also running Second Life Release 6.3.0.530115 (64bit).
There are a few things that might be related, so I'd like to have a few more details.
Please press the Info Provided button when you update this report.
Thanks!

Before creating this Jira I tried several times for success, each failing as described.
Now I cannot reproduce the problem. And the only conclusion I can make is it was a transitory event.

Though I had tried several times to achieve success before creating the Jira issue, each failed as described.
Now I am unable to reproduce.

Hi Wendi,
Thank you for the updated information. I'm happy to hear the issue is no longer affecting you.
I'm going to leave this issue as Needs More Information, so that if it ever happens again you can provide Second Life logs for the session in which it happened.
Thanks!

Dear Kyle,
I sometimes have the same problem.
Yesterday it happened again and instead of doing what I usually do when it happens (which is logout/login and then it is fixed), I repeated the action. It failed again, but this time I used the 'select a picture' instead. Two instances of the same UniversalID were shown. I selected the last (newest) one. Didn't work. I logged out/in and the picture was there ok. I deleted the wasted picture - you may keep the 10L$:)
I don't have more than 40 outfits with pictures.
I have ascribed this problem to packet loss due to my wifi - but yesterday before logging out I checked in 'about', which reported NO PACKETS LOST.
Do you want me to send logfiles after next incident?

We hit a repro finally! If the folder name is the same as another outfit Take a snapshot of outfit fails to update.
What just happened?
While wearing an outfit and in the Outfit Gallery Tab, I right mouse click and select Take a Snapshot. The snapshot is taken, I pay L$10 to upload.
The snapshot is not associated with the outfit. The snapshot is not named anything to indicate it is an outfit photo (as it used to be). The textures is named what looks to be a UUID.
What were you doing when it happened?
While wearing an outfit and in the Outfit Gallery Tab, I right mouse click and select Take a Snapshot.
What were you expecting to happen instead?
The snapshot to be named and associated with the outfit in the Outfit Gallery
