[BUG-227898] Logging in #6080

Open sl-service-account opened 4 years ago

sl-service-account commented 4 years ago

What just happened?

I've been trying to log in on my SL viewer and it starts logging in and then the entire thing crashes.

What were you doing when it happened?

Logging in

What were you expecting to happen instead?

It to log me in like normal

Other information

It was doing this for about 10 minutes before coming up saying that there is a new update to install. I thought this might be the issue, however, it is not and it still is doing the same thing.

Thank you for the report, Amycharleigh. I see your crashes and have imported the bug.

Try clearing the cache in Me > Preferences > Advanced, then relog. That may resolve your crash for now. Logging into a different location may help too.
