[BUG-10284] Repeatedly unable to log in through one account, but can through an alternative account. I'd like to be able to use my 'MarkEvs' username account please.

Steps to Reproduce

I was just trying to log in, so I was not technically in SL, but it allowed my alt and all of my friends to log in, but not MarkEvs

Actual Behavior

I have tried more than 10 times to log in

I have been repeatedly unable to log in through my username: MarkEvs tonight. I had the same message of 'Login Failed. Unable to connect to a simulator.' However, another account could sign in and other friends could sign in, and go to the site where 'MarkEvs' was trying to visit (although I alternated sites to attempt to log into) but I have been completely unable to log in with my 'MarkEvs' account.

Please could you advise me whether something has happened to that account or if there is a way I can log in somewhere on Second Life?

I'd be very grateful as I would really like to be in Second Life again as soon as I can.

Expected Behavior

To be able to log in, somewhere, anywhere.

Heya Mark,

Are you still having problems logging in? Some accounts were unable to login earlier due to the maintenance (http://status.secondlifegrid.net/2015/09/18/post2636/) but as far as I'm aware, this problem should be fixed now.
