Thanks for the report, Whirly. Your fog test file is a very handy example of the issue.

As an aside, you might find it handy to use the Windows environment variable when specifying appdata\roaming paths - if you paste something like %APPDATA%\SecondLife\user_settings\windlight\skies into Explorer, it will automatically take you to the right directory. Similarly, %LOCALAPPDATA% resolves to the account's appdata\local directory.
