Hi ExtazyXXl,
First, make sure you are not flying. If there's a "Stop Flying" button at the bottom of your screen, click it.
If you are not flying then your avatar's Hover Height needs to be adjusted. Right-click the nametag over your head and select Hover Height from the menu. Slide the Height slider until your feet are on the ground, then close the Set Hover Height floater.
If this does not resolve the problem, please attach a screenshot of the issue with More > Attach Files above. Then click the Info Provided button.

What just happened?
whatever character I choose doesn't touch the ground at all, ... it actually levitates
