Much like the beautiful improvement above Mainland BAN-LINED Parcels.
Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?
I like sailing and swimming. Security Orbs and even underwater parcel borders are not visible - and then terrible things may happen. During my sailing I see many many boats. Some residents have spent loads of L$ on boats. BUT they are never out sailing...
