Heya Kee,
I'm guessing your blood tanks are Bloodlines tanks, which are no copy. If a no copy object fails to rez because you are not wearing the correct group tag, the no copy object will not return to your inventory until you relog - this problem is filed at BUG-2716.
If the object is still missing from inventory after a relog then the usual missing inventory steps apply - please see http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Inventory_loss If your item is still missing after relogging and following the relevant steps on that wiki page and your object is also missing on the Linden Lab viewer (https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/) then you will need to contact Linden Lab support directly at https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/
If your object is only missing on Singularity viewer but is there on the LL viewer, then you will need to contact the Singularity developers directly - https://singularityviewer.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Actual Behavior
I was trying to rez out my blood tank but I forgot that I was not wearing my group tag for my house. I got the message that I couldn't rez it out. I put on my group tag for my house and went to rez my blood tank out and now it is gone. It was 20L tank and full of blood.
Expected Behavior
I was expecting for my 20L blood tank to be in my inventory when I went back to rez it out.
Other information
It was 20L tank and full of blood. This is the second blood tank that I have lost. I lost a 10L tank and a few other things when someone tried to send them back to me.
