[BUG-10421] I have a demo head: and it won't drop to apply

Steps to Reproduce

I was at my home, and public rez places and it will not open

Actual Behavior

I have an :Itgirl catwa applier demo and it will not allow me to open it regardless of where I go to open it

Expected Behavior

trying to open the box

If you are wearing it and trying to use the "drop" command it won't work because mesh items aren't allowed to be dropped. You should be able to drag it directly onto the ground from inventory.
