[BUG-229841] Marketplace Store #7633

What just happened?

** This is being experienced in computer browser, Firestorm Viewer, and Secondlife Viewer. !!!! I was blocked from my account. I had followed instructions from the previous year by taking out my payment information to wait on my student loan money. It was a few more weeks until I was able to pay and then did and all was fine. This year I was blocked logging into world and was not able to do so until I had set up a Tilia account with very personal information including my SSN and then pay my premium dues. I borrowed the money to pay this, filled out your information, and .....

Now I have no account history before December of this year? My avatar is 12 years old. I have had a premium account for at least 6 years if not more. I have had a market place store for at least 5 years. My market place store is gone. My store address is https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/212759. Please fix this issue.

What were you doing when it happened?

I had not had any sales for a few weeks and was checking on my store. I had not checked it since I was blocked from access in world. I went into prepare for new product uploads and found the store listed as no longer available. My store is gone and all my products are also not available. I had logged into my second life account through my Firefox browser on my computer. I did not go into my store inside Second life. I have logged in since and inside world it is the same.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I was expecting my marketplace store to be there and to be able to edit listings and have customers able to make purchases.

Other information

There are some serious issued with my account now. No history = deleted from servers? No marketplace store? That is not good customer service pandemic or no pandemic? I am not sure this is the best course of action for you to make as a company all of a sudden after all these years.
