[BUG-230262] Marketplace Website Bug/Error

What just happened?

I am repeatedly being logged out of both the Second Life Marketplace and Second Life Dashboard website, while shopping on the Marketplace.

What were you doing when it happened?

I was shopping on the Marketplace. Each time I open three to five pages, I am suddenly logged out of the Marketplace & Dashboard. When I return to the Second Life Dashboard to log back in, and view my transactions, sometimes my password is not working.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I was expecting for the Marketplace to authenticate to the cashier confirmation page to finalize my purchase.

Other information

This issue has been ongoing for the past two weeks. Sometimes there have been 404 & 500 Error pages showing when attempting to re-sign into the dashboard.

Are you logged in on the dashboard with a different account than you are logged in with on the marketplace? If so, this may be the cause of your problem: https://community.secondlife.com/forums/topic/467691-single-sign-on-coming-soon-or-now-to-a-second-life-web-page-near-you/

Unfortunately this isn't the issue, because I am only logged in under DivinaSavage, on both my Dashboard & the Marketplace website, when I'm completely logged out while shopping the Marketplace.

Can you tell me what browser you were using, and try in another browser and see if the issue still occurs? Thank you!

Google chrome is the main browser I've used while logged into the Secondlife Dashboard & Marketplace. However thank you both so much! I will give a different web browser a try, and see if I am still logged out.

I'm actually having this issue happen too. I'm using Firefox 86.0.1.

Chrome browser (Version 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (64-bit))

Happens to me almost every day. Happens on first view of a marketplace page for the day, but not always. Happens when simply browsing pages. Happens when editing a product and i hit update - logged out with no saved information. Happens regardless of choosing "remember me". Happens to multiple people i've talked to,  all with different configs. As reported above, happens with different browsers. Started happening mid February. Isn't session related, nor day related, nor tab related.   Just happened again while browsing tabs trying to find a pattern. I closed a Marketplace tab (with other unrelated tabs remaining open), reopened it and was logged out. Tried same pattern again - no logout.
