What just happened?

Unable to rez any items - body is alpha even though clothes are shown as being worn in inventory.

Error message - Unable to create item that has caused problems on this region appears when logging in and when trying to rez anything.

What were you doing when it happened?

My homestead rental 'Sunflower Land'

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Items to rez - clothes to appear

If it helps, this is happening right now at the region Nailsworth, comparing data at the statistics screen, seems like GL Image Data (Firestorm viewer statistics screen) is showing at 900mb compared to a neighbor region at 50mb... memory leak? I did open a ticket this afternoon, but nobody restarted yet...

Forgot to add, same error shows when rezzing any mesh, regular prim objects won't rez... and if I try to build, it does rez but like phantom... not walkable....

 

Another observation, I have a script checking the region data every 30 minutes, most of the time, it shows at 45 fps, etc... as expected... sometimes, specially in the early hours (SL time...), it shows as only  8fps, for about 1 hour and half... (region Nailsworth)

I can reproduce "Unable to create item '' that has caused problems on this region". 

Happens after terraforming several times, (Edit terrain). Myself and another neighbor (Pam Tigerauge), did it several times today, after each time, Physics - Memory Allocated metric goes up, but never goes down, once it reaches around 850, the simulator stops "rezzing" new mesh/objects, avatars on first login, etc, and that message comes up.... After a restart and while Memory Allocated still under 850, everything normal.... 

The simulator (Nailsworth) was restarted today, normal until Pam (neighbor) came online and started terraforming (Edit terrain) , now is at 459mb already... 

Sorry, I don't know if it helps, but that's what seems to make sense to me, and its probably one of the causes for that message to popup.... :)
