[BUG-230481] Official Viewer Buy L$ Button Does Not Message If Card Declined

What just happened?

I was trying to buy more lindens using the official viewer Buy L$ button and normally when I don't have enough funds to cover my linden purchase I would get a declined message. I didn't get that, instead I got a this process may take up to 20 min and if more will be cancelled message.

I had to check my sl debit and um realized that I was trying to spend more than I had and after adjusting linden amount to be purchased wala.

Not sure if that was something the official viewer got rid of or if not?

All good now just not decline card message.

message to tell me my debit card declined.
