[BUG-230573] Previewing Gestures Locally/Privately Like Animations

How would you like the feature to work?

I would like the ability to preview gestures privately/locally (like how animations can be done).

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

I would like to be efficient with my SL time... I would like to go about in public (to fish or whatever) and NOT annoy others while perhaps editing gestures or cleaning out my inventory. Others would also have this capability. We can all purposefully NOT annoy each other and be more efficient at creating or cleaning.  ...I mean, I'm not sure what good the "preview" feature is on gestures if they're live already.
