What just happened?

when i be in the game...i open search..and write Live Dj...then it close search by itself and write : No media plugin was found to handle the "text/html" mime type. Media of this type will be unavailable.

What were you doing when it happened?

Just complement my search with Live before Dj.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Get another search result.

Other information

Now its not possible to open search again.

Hiya Maxon,

The usual cause of the ''media plugin" error & web profiles/search/destinations/the internal web browser failing to load in the viewer is that your antivirus software has deleted or blocked SlPlugin.exe or the Dullahan plugin (dullahan_host.exe) from running. Antivirus software tends to hate executables launched by another program because it's often the marker for malware. It could also be caused by a bad install where some files are missing.

To rule out a bad install, please logout of the viewer & uninstall the Second Life viewer the usual way and download the viewer again from https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ & run the installer.

If this does not help, make sure that your antivirus software is not blocking either slplugin.exe or dullahan_host.exe from running. You should also manually whitelist these 2 files for good measure. slplugin.exe is located inside the root viewer install folder. The dullahan_host.exe file is located within the llplugin subfolder.

If this still does not help:
