Hello! This can happens from time to time. The reason for it is that an required attachment is either: A) Missing/not attached, B) Not loading properly. A quick an easy fix is to go to "Avatar -> Choose An Avatar" and load a default avatar from there, then re-load your outfit again(replacing the default avatar), or remove the attachments you do not need and re-attach what you were wearing. Alternatively, you can create the following from the "New Body part" menu when right clicking a new folder and wear each of them:

I suggest disabling the developer menu when done: Debug features can be fun, but messing around with the settings in there if you do not know what you are doing can cause unexpected side effects, including viewer crashes(I.E.: Force an error). If you wish to disable this, simply press CTRL + ALT + Q to toggle it back off.

Hi Kyrainda,

Please try Chaser's suggestions. One other thing we have seen recently is that the software Malwarebytes has been interfering with communications to Second Life. You may need to add SecondLife to the allowed list in Malwarebytes to resolve this issue too.

If you are still having problems, please see http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Troubleshooting-avatar-appearance/ta-p/1256955

If you need further help then you should contact LL support directly from: https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Thank you
