Hi angeleyes682,
Have you ever had Iolo System Mechanic Pro installed on your computer? This software is known to cause all shapes you create or edit to go missing from the database.
Do you have Malwarebytes anti virus installed? There are some reports this may be a cause, but is still unsubstantiated.
Also, can you rule out a region problem by logging in directly to a couple of different regions & see if you still have the same problem.

What just happened?
hello, so my main issue is my accounts are bugged
i log in and receive lots of messages of " failed to find item in database " mainly ALL my base items dont work, (skins shapes, eyes, hairbase, alphas) cant attach or detach a thing, until i go to body parts and create all new shape, new skin, new hair base , and new eyes and equip those to be able to load. those as well tend to fail after few relogs and i have to create new ones ...frustrating ...i have tried every possible thing to solve and found this temporary solution , because even if i load i still get the issues with my items and parts dont work properly next is my animations dont work..well they work ...others see them fine...but not for me , i dont see my animations or the ones of other ppl , everyone is always standing , on furniture , with huds ..everything ....
this bug was affecting 1 account and moved slowly to second one
please find the bug and kill it , accounts angeleyes682 and kajira682

What were you doing when it happened?
on log in or trying to remove or add things i get this message a million times for different parts "Failed to find body part named New Hair in database."
What were you expecting to happen instead?
relogging my char
