Hi SwIyia.

Try these things and let us know what works. 1) Clear the password field on the viewer, and type it in again. Does it work? 2) Log into your secondlife.com account in a web browser and change your password under Account > Change Password. Does it work? 3) If steps 1 and 2 did not resolve the issue, what antivirus do you have on your computer?

We are not aware of any changes to passwords in the viewer. We cannot see your password and don't want to know what your password is! That said, if you can change your password and find that a certain length of password or special character within the password caused the issue, we would like to know.
