[BUG-231082] Add auto delist to Second Life Marketplace #8620

How would you like the feature to work?

If a listing on the Marketplace doesn't have a sale in a set period of time, lets say 3 years, it should automatically be delisted(not deleted, but set to inactive to remove it from search), at which point a creator should have to one by one decide if they wish to relist it(they can retain reviews and sales history, etc). They should get a email and inworld message that their item has been deactivated.

Lets say 2 years after that listing got taken off, if the creator hasn't chosen to relist, then the Listing gets deleted(The Item itself of course will still be inworld.)

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

NOTE: I have had several others say that they are interested in seeing this become a feature, I will be having them comment their support on this. Please don't close immediately as unactionable, without giving them a chance. Currently according to my research, there is 7,866,213 listings active on the Marketplace. When a "noob" or new user joins SL and they search say "House" as a term on General/Moderate Results only, they'll get 202K, even when you set "Buildings and Other Structures" that's still 40K.

If the older items that nobody is purchasing anymore are deactivated, it will clear up search results for more recent creations. This won't get rid of older products people are still buying as if someone is buying it, it won't be taken off.

This gives not only new but existing residents a better experience trying to find products on the Marketplace, and it will assist Linden Lab in reducing the amount of storage they require to keep the old listings on the Marketplace.

As an SL old timer who left for twelve years and only recently returned, I am stunned by how difficult it is to wade through search results to find anything.  Some of the problem is cause by vendors using improper key words, but much of it is clutter cause by old items and stores that are sadly out of date and have little to no support.  Questions about products go unanswered, and "See the item in Second Life" has you plummeting to earth from a high altitude because it ain't there no more.

Auto-deactivating is being kind, as I would just delete the old stuff, but I fully support this idea.  It is long overdue.

I feel that this will help the MP increase search results.
