Hello! This can happens from time to time. The reason for it is that an required attachment is either: A) Missing/not attached, B) Not loading properly. A quick an easy fix is to go to "Avatar -> Choose An Avatar" and load a default avatar from there, then re-load your outfit again(replacing the default avatar), or remove the attachments you do not need and re-attach what you were wearing. Alternatively, you can create the following from the "New Body part" menu when right clicking a new folder and wear each of them:

I suggest disabling the developer menu when done: Debug features can be fun, but messing around with the settings in there if you do not know what you are doing can cause unexpected side effects, including viewer crashes(I.E.: Force an error). If you wish to disable this, simply press CTRL + ALT + Q to toggle it back off.
