Hello! Thank you for the feedback! I can see how getting multiple copies can be unexpected for some users, even if they purchased multiple copies; we'll look into this issue and see if a change could improve it. Have a good day!
What just happened?
I used the Marketplace bulk redelivery, and some people reported getting several (upwards of six for some people) redelivered products, instead of one.
What were you doing when it happened?
Using the marketplace bulk redelivery.
What were you expecting to happen instead?
Each person to only get one copy of the item.
Other information
Based on who reported getting several copies, our leading thoughts is it might be people who purchased the item in question several times (in this case, it was a free item that some people just rebought if they couldn't find it). I'm sure this is just parsing a giant database or something, so it might be worth a filtering pass to make sure duplicate entries are discarded before redelivery.
