[BUG-231518] The ability for group owners to have a default message show up on top of chat screen when chat window opens

How would you like the feature to work?

When a group chat window opens a default message that the group owners have set up appears at the top of the chat.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

For instance if there is a group mod that has been answering the same question over and over it would be there as an answer for the group to see before asking the question. There are many people who cant/wont/dont know how to check the notices for the answer to their question.

This would be useful! Kind of like a MOTD (Message of the Day) setting that appears in most groups/guilds/clans in nearly every other MMORPG type game and virtual world. 

Give group owners an option to set a MOTD and have it appear at the top of group chat windows!

I would rather there be an ability to set/remove persistent status on group notices.
