[BUG-231552] [MAINT J] Graphics card library typo/redundancy causes loss of graphics settings.

For some reason, in the Maintenance viewer's graphics card library, "NVIDIA" appears twice in the card descriptor for my graphics card, nullifying my graphics settings from a previous installation.

[~lucia.nightfire] Was the last viewer you used the Performance Improvement viewer? Asking because the Performance improvement viewer does reset the Recommended settings.

6_4_23_562602 is the viewer I came from.

The only "reset" that occurred was with this latest Maint viewer solely because of the gfx card name conflict.
