[BUG-231732] Problemas con mi avi y sl me saca mucho del juego./ Problems with my avi and sl takes me out of the game a lot. #9139

What just happened?

Sl me saca diciendo que tengo un bug y aveces me sale algo en la esquina que dice "#texture memory2 insuficient" en la esquina de mi pantalla, el cual no me sale en este momento porque sale mas cuando no se cargan las texturas o cuando hay mucho lag pero aveces se forma el lag cuando sale. Los otros mensajes son directamente del sistema de mi pc diciendo que hubo un error en aplicación y que es mejor cerrarla pero ahora me comenzaran a salir los de que "se produjo un bug" directamente del visor FIrestorm, hace dos dias me comenzó a salir. Por ahora no me ha tirado ningún error el dia de hoy pero desde antes de ayer tengo problemas con mi AVI en el cuello que en otras partes del cuerpo, sale una sombra o linea negra entre el cuerpo y la cabeza, si alejas la cámara mas del avi se ve una linea transparente entre la cabeza y el cuerpo.

Sl takes me out saying that I have a bug and sometimes I get something in the corner that says "#texture memory2 insufficient" in the corner of my screen, which doesn't come out right now because it comes out more when the textures are not loaded or when there is a lot of lag but sometimes the lag forms when it comes out. The other messages are directly from my PC system saying that there was an error in the application and that it is better to close it, but now the messages that "a bug occurred" directly from the FIrestorm viewer began to appear two days ago. For now it has not thrown me any error today but since the day before yesterday I have problems with my AVI in the neck than in other parts of the body, a shadow or black line appears between the body and the head, if you move the camera further away from the avi you can see a transparent line between the head and the body.

Hablando del avi, el dia anterior estaba cambiando una cosas como la piel y agregando unos tatuajes pero todo se vea bien pero cuando me connecte el dia anetior a parecio el problema del cuello. Pero eso fue despues de que sl me sacaba mucho y me salian mensajes de reportar el bug.

Speaking of the avi, the day before I was changing some things like the skin and adding some tattoos but everything looked good but when I logged in the day before it looked like the problem with the neck. But that was after sl took me out a lot and I got messages to report the bug.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Que tal vez fue un problema del cuerpo (maitreya) o la cabeza (letlutka) con la nueva piel y lo arreglaria pero nada de lo que hago funciono, lo intente hasta con avatares clasico y tambien puse cuerpos y cabezas diferentes para ver si eran los graficos pero no funciono nada. Acerca de que SL me sacó del juego, creo que fue un problema de mi computadora y tal vez si elimino algunas cosas para tener más espacio o reinicio la computadora solucionaría el problema, pero no sucedió.

That maybe it was a problem with the body (maitreya) or the head (letlutka) with the new skin and I would fix it but nothing I did worked, I tried it even with classic avatars and I also put different bodies and heads to see if they were the graphics but nothing worked. About SL kicking me out of the game, I think it was a problem with my computer and maybe if I delete some things to have more space or restart the computer it would fix the problem, but it didn't happen.

Los mensajes que me salen todos son de que hubo un error y que mejor es cerrar la aplicación, que reporte el bug y me sale una ventana para escribirlo y a veces solo se cierra el juego. Los mensajes no salen todo el tiempo y siempre cuando sale "textures memory2 insuficient" me saca del juego. No es tan común verlos en mi SL pero lo que si es común es ver que avi tenga problemas con las texturas en el cuello, se nota mas con ciertas sombras, cambio de luces o cuando el avi se pone gris al quitar un tatuaje.

The messages that I get are all that there was an error and that it is better to close the application, to report the bug and I get a window to write it and sometimes the game just closes. The messages don't come up all the time and whenever it comes up "textures memory2 insufficient" it kicks me out of the game. It is not so common to see them in my SL but what is common is to see that avi have problems with the textures in the neck, it is more noticeable with certain shadows, change of lights or when the avi turns gray when removing a tattoo.

O Jira não é para suporte técnico pessoal 1:1 e, portanto, não pode fornecer suporte individual em tempo hábil. Dito isto, misturar texturas ao redor do pescoço é um problema para o qual muitos encontraram soluções. Entre em contato com os grupos de fabricantes de cabeça ou corpo para obter ajuda.

Jira is not for 1:1 personal technical support and is therefore not able to provide one to one support in a timely manner. That said, blending textures around the neck is an issue that many have found solutions for. Please contact your head or body maker's groups for help.

The particular computer you are connecting to Second Life with is lacking in some speed and graphics processing capability. In addition the upgrade to Windows 11 may also have unforseen complications. For example, drivers for such old graphics cards may not have full support.
