[BUG-231748] The terrain and my avatar become partially invisible underwater when viewed above water at certain angles

What just happened?

It appears part of my avatar and the terrain beneath it are behind some invisible object.

What were you doing when it happened?

I was walking/flying along the shoreline of a region, my head just underwater, with my camera above the water.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I should see myself and the terrain underneath the water fully.

This bug is not related to SL-6252 . Disabling object-object occlusion does not prevent this bug.
