[BUG-232015] [Improvement] Show projected light inputs in build menu, but grey them out if user has ALM disabled. #9374

Information

Currently, projected light inputs are hidden on the build menu under the Features tab if a user has ALM disabled.

I've seen several people in help groups unable to locate them not knowing they are hidden if their ALM is disabled.

ALM is going to be required for the new materials handling and I doubt that will also be hidden if a user has ALM disabled, so while that is being implemented please consider showing projected light inputs, but grey them out if ALM is disabled.

Also consider giving the user a popup if they click on a greyed out input mentioning that the feature requires ALM be activated first to use.
