Possible, I have not debugged to that extent, hoping for a simpler solution.

I can provide sample code if it is useful, but as stated this stuff has been running for years.

ZalLoy, see all the new comments on BUG-10627. LL support verified that the llHTTPRequest throttle has been changed.

All I see are dissatisfied customers. You can add me to the list if that is where your going.

To the point if this is what I have to live with I need a much better definition of the rules.

I have reread 10627 carefully and I see no guidance on the root cause and / or solutions, or workarounds. From your side it would seem easy to identify those effected and provide notice and guidance on this change.

I have key business functions that rely on these scripts.

If you are going to continue to support and encourage commerce in your environment you must provide support to those who engage in it.

Our apologies, it appears this jira has been a victim of a spammer. We're cleaning up the offending comments, sorry for the mess!
