What just happened?

Tento abrir meu perfil e fica tudo preto, também fica assim quando clico na lupa para pesquisar lugares e pessoas, e também fica assim quando clico em avatares para trocar de avatar.

  I try to open my profile and everything goes black, it also looks like this when I click on the magnifying glass to search for places and people, and it also looks like this when I click on avatars to change avatars.

Você consegue visualizar os perfis diretamente em seu navegador da Web quando conectado ao my.secondlife.com com sua conta? Por exemplo, seu próprio perfil em https://my.secondlife.com/ ?

Se isso também der a mensagem de erro, se você fizer login em my.secondlife.com com uma conta alt, você ainda vê a mensagem de erro? Se você está tendo problemas apenas ao visualizar perfis no visualizador, então:

Você tem o mesmo problema ao visualizar perfis quando conectado ao visualizador em uma conta alt? Você consegue ver o conteúdo da pesquisa (Mundo -> Pesquisa) e O conteúdo do seletor de avatar (Avatar -> Avatares completos)? Se você só tiver o problema com os perfis no visualizador e não com o conteúdo da pesquisa ou o seletor de avatar, tente ir em Eu -> Preferências -> Configuração -> Desmarque Ativar plug-ins e relog. Se isso não ajudar, marque "Ativar plug-ins" novamente. Se você tiver o mesmo problema em todas as contas e tiver apenas o problema no visualizador e também não puder carregar o conteúdo da pesquisa ou o seletor de avatar, é provável que seu problema seja apenas um problema padrão do webkit, provavelmente seu software antivírus bloqueado slplugin.exe.

    Eu -> Preferências -> Configuração.     Certifique-se de que as seguintes opções estejam marcadas:         Ativar plug-ins         Aceitar cookies     Javascript habilitado     Certifique-se de que o arquivo slplugin.exe não esteja sendo bloqueado pelo software Firewall/Antivirus. Se este arquivo estiver bloqueado, isso causará seus sintomas.     O arquivo slplugin.exe está localizado dentro da pasta de instalação do visualizador.     Certifique-se de que o slplugin.exe esteja na lista de permissões do seu software antivírus e firewall.

Are you able to view profiles directly within your web browser when logged into my.secondlife.com with your account? For example your own profile at https://my.secondlife.com/  ?

If that also gives the error message, if you login to my.secondlife.com with an alt account, do you still see the error message? If you are only having the problem when viewing profiles within the viewer then:

Do you have the same problem viewing profiles when logged into the viewer on an alt account? Are you able to see the contents of search (World -> Search) and The contents of the avatar chooser (Avatar -> Complete avatars) ? If you only have the problem with profiles within the viewer and not the contents of search or the avatar chooser, then try going to Me -> Preferences -> Setup -> Untick Enable Plugins and relog. If this does not help, please tick "Enable Plugins" again. If you have the same problem on all accounts and only have the problem within the viewer and you also cannot load the contents of search or the avatar chooser then your problem is likely to be just a standard webkit problem, most likely that your antivirus software has blocked slplugin.exe.
