[BUG-232372] Broken Group Chat. #9659

What just happened?

A very important group chat has been broken/down for 3 days. Can you please look at Fabulously Free In SL chat? secondlife:///app/group/020fa7af-444d-f54f-01e2-557ec06315fd/about

It's a very active group and haven't been able to get messages through since Wednesday. Not receiving messages. Other groups working normally.

Nothing, it's just not working.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I'm expecting group chats to work? lol

In order to help diagnose what's going on with the group chat for this group, could you please try the following?:

  1. Launch the viewer, and login to SL
    • Note the region you're in and exact time of login
  2. Send a message to group chat
    • Note if your own message appears in the chat log
  3. If the message fails to appear to you, manually close and reopen the group chat tab, and try to send another message
    • Note the time of reopening the chat session
    • Note if your own message appears in the chat log
