[BUG-232409] The "weights of selected" section is not updated if child prim is selected (tools floater -> more info)

How would you like the feature to work?

This feature would need to show weights of a single link.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

Short of unlinking the object and checking its weights there is no other way to check the child prim's details.

Hello, Kyle.

These weights: Download, Server, Physics, and Display. They just stay stuck in the loading state after selecting a child prim in a linkset. Weights are loaded correctly without the "edit linked" being checked.

Does happen both on Firestorm and the current SLV release (6.6.1.572458). Attached a screenshot.
