[BUG-232533] make Marketplace store block separate from normal blocks #9791

How would you like the feature to work?

that store Blocks be separated from general Blocks, So blocks for personal reasons are completely separate from Marketplace store-related blocks

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

many creators including myself, we block users for things like having avatars that are unpleasant to look at or being part of groups which we have had bad experiences with, users should not be blocked from our stores for these reasons, we dislike them for personal reasons and that is no justification to deny them to access our products in our marketplace stores
