[BUG-232707] No ANS data received by my ANS URL

What just happened?

ANS service does'nt work anymore.

What were you doing when it happened?

I have migrated my website to a new one. I have changed ANS URL in i MP/merchant home/store setup/ANS page. As I have made a "clone" of ANS interface for my own inworld vendor (same GET values types, same ANS URL), I have been able to check that there is no technical problem on my website. You have test info and php code (unsecured yet) in attachments

What were you expecting to happen instead?

received data in my database

My ANS URL is "https://lilith.zd.lu/merchant/sale.php" (you can check in my store setup). 1) Have you information on your side about that problem ? 2) is ANS sending orders info to my new ANS URL ? 3) what are results of your ANS HTTP requests to my server ? 4) Must I add a "?" to ""https://lilith.zd.lu/merchant/sale.php"" in MP/merchant home/store setup/ANS page ? (there is no info on wiki about URL format) 5) Does ANS block with my server internet domain "lu" (from Canadian "planethoster.com") ? 6) can you add a "test" button (sending a test sale and providing answering page) in MP/merchant home/store setup/ANS page ? That would be a great improvement for stores using ANS. Store would be able to make tests without your help. 7) can you add information on ANS URL format in DD&ANS wiki page or in MP/merchant home/store setup/ANS page

Issue accepted. We have no estimate when it may be implemented. Please see future release notes for this fix.

please, do something.

this is an old and absolutely mandatory function for MP vendors.

I don't use counter-measures to ensure best service for my customers.

Problem was "security" filter from pseudo free website provider planethoster.

I have migrated to another free website provider and ANS is OK.

 

May you negociate with planethoster so that ANS is open to all free accounts ?

ANS is not SPAM or security problem.
