[BUG-232741] Scale Fit Mesh bones with regular bones #9957

How would you like the feature to work?

When shrinking the skeleton to make a miniature avatar, the fitmesh bones don't appear to scale in relation. This feature would make it possible to scale these bones so that fitmesh could work at any scale.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

The ability to change the general size of the avatar is one of the great things about Second Life, and this would only add the ability for even more in-depth customization.

How are you scaling the other bones? Is this using the shape sliders, or some other mechanism?

Simply scaling down the bones in Blender and applying the scale. It appears to offset the bones in world rather than scaling them, but it works rather seamlessly (and there is an option in the uploader to retain bone offsets). I know the fit bones work differently, but I was wondering if it was possible they would work decently with offsets as well?
