RenderResolutionDivisor zooms in #1248

When set to a value of 2 or greater, a corner of the screen gets zoomed in.

Note this does not happen if Anti-aliasing is disabled.

QA: check that https://github.com/secondlife/viewer/issues/696 is still fixed after this is fixed.
