Sometimes thumbnails are blury. image

Reproduction steps

  1. Right click an item in inventory
  2. Select "Image..."
  3. Take and assugn a snapshot
  4. Hover over that item in inventory

Expected: for image to be sharp Actual: image is blury

Verified on the Second Life Release 7.1.7.8820704257 (64bit) on Win10/OSX in the scope of https://github.com/secondlife/iqa/issues/211.
