Allow for adjusting Emoji size

Emoji currently are pretty small and hard to see details in them. It'd be handy to have an option to increase their size, especially independent of font size.

Unsure if there is a setting already in there that I'm not finding, or if they're supposed to scale with font size (they do not seem to right now).
