Probe UI confusing, add a simple editor specifically for probes. #1381

Its quite a challenge to add, edit, select reflection probes as of now and they are almost a requirement when using a EEP setting for PBR, specially for sky boxes with either with legacy objects or PBR objects. (Its also really challenging sometimes to help other users depending on their experience... )

Maybe would benefit from a simple "Edit Reflection Probes" option on menu or right click anywhere, "Edit reflection probes", with a floater/screen showing just the options relevant to probes... with "auto-rezzing" or "auto-select" the first reflection probe (either box or sphere) in "edit" mode, along with a simple "Edit/Preview" toggle button to hide the edit visual cues and current probes allowing to preview the scene... all in one floater.

That would also eliminate the need to find and activate "Select Reflection Probes" or "Show Reflection Probe Volumes" under Build/Options... which makes it even more confusing, specially when just trying the new PBR viewer. I'm not suggesting to remove those options on menu, they are useful.

Such "mode" could also benefit from a visual cue/button on the same floater to "Close" and exit such function ("Edit reflection probes"). For linked probes, the viewer could switch between "Edit" and "Edit Reflection Probes" automatically.

Would make it easier for everybody to deal with 1 floater, than trying to find options on menu (which may need to be toggled quite often) and switch tabs on current editor floater, just to use a small portion of all controls (Name, Desc, Size Position Rotation, Probe Properties, Phantom).

Reflection probes are quite critical for PBR, may warrant the effort...

Its way too confusing with selection options on menu plus current editor floater... editing like its "just a prim" in this case, just adds up to the learning curve, probes, for sure affect lights, but they are not lights, and at the same time, from a user view... "they are not prims".
