Please define unacceptable performance.

Description

Performance in Fractal on aditi has become unacceptable due to the amount of GLTF content there. Profile and optimize implementation so far.

Setting status to Pending Release Only negative test cases performed. That is, no visible changes spotted outside of what can be accessed via the Develop menu.
