The ability for more intelligent and direct control of avatar BoM layers. #1863

  1. Select and move multiple layers at the same time.

  2. Have "move to top"/"move to bottom" option when layers are selected

  3. Layers should able to be added in the correct order dynamically when creators/users name them with numbered prefixes/suffixes.

  4. Tint multiple selected layers with a single click (useful when tuning details to match skin).
