Activate group option in Group #2069

I'd like to propose a few little UI tweaks be made "official" using existing functionality to make SL useable.

Current state of things:

If I view a Group Profile, I can see things like "You are a Member" and a nice big "Leave" button. But no button anywhere in the whole group interface to Activate a group. Same thing with the group pop-up floater; I can join a group, leave a group, see that I'm in the group, but never activate it. I have to go to the People > Groups tab, locate the group in the list, and activate it. This means that I have to navigate away from many common places where I see group info in order to use the group I was just looking at.

Request:

At a minumum, add "Activate" next to the "Leave" button in the Group Profile and Group floater. I'd say that it's much more likely that I want to activate a group tag than Leave a group whenever I pull up its info from chat, Edit floater, etc.

Additionally:

Firestorm and Alchemy have a nice feature in the Edit>General menu: The group name appears as a hyperlink to view the group details floater. It would be very useful if programmatic embeddings of the name of a Group were displayed as links officially, so that we could view and activate groups as easily as we can Leave them.
