changing the color of my dot on the minimap #2461

Test plan:

What color is the dot expected to be? Can the color be changed?

I like to cruise and I have found a problem, the dot on my minimap is the same color as my friends', so I don't know how to position myself on the minimap and that causes me to have problems in cross sim. Could you tell my color from my friends', thanks

Verified on the Second Life Release 7.1.11.10947335521 (64bit) on Win10/OSX in the scope of https://github.com/secondlife/iqa/issues/348.
