Description

This machine will be obsolete in 389 days, but it's hardly a potato.

Reproduction steps

Repro: On a machine with a GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, start the DeltaFPS viewer.

Observed: The graphics quality is Mid+

Expected: The graphics quality should be High+ as it was on 7.1.9.10515727195 - Atlasaurus

Atlas Linden says his RTX 3050 defaults to Mid+ with the DeltaFPS viewer.

Need to fix this is ExtraFPS, does not block an RC but cannot promote to release without fix.
