Particles become black with certain EEP setting #733

  1. Rez/Create an object that emits colourful particles

  2. Create a new EEP setting

  3. Set Blue Density to [0,0,0] and Haze Density to 0

  4. Observe particles turning black

Cannot reproduce. Likely fixed with #731

Verified on the Second Life Release 7.1.8.9103842320 (64bit) on Win10/OSX in the scope of https://github.com/secondlife/iqa/issues/231.
