So same issue in both /Debug & /Release when running it in Command Prompt. Following readme I did the commands as followed. All commands ended up with the same issue shown in above photo.

bc_key BITCOIN_ADDRESS /path/to/wallet.dat bc_key ALL /path/to/wallet.dat bc_key EVERYTHING /path/to/wallet.dat

bc_key BITCOIN_ADDRESS wallet.dat bc_key ALL wallet.dat bc_key EVERYTHING wallet.dat
