Hi, sorry for the delay in responding! The Enigma Discovery network is no longer supported. Are you interested in the Secret Network? The community, including the Enigma team, launched earlier this year as its own blockchain based on the Cosmos-SDK/Tendermint consensus. You can learn more at: https://build.scrt.network and https://blog.scrt.network.

If you're still interested in working with the Discovery local developer's blockchain, that looks like an issue with your Node version.

Can you verify you have these version?

    rustc 1.40.0-nightly
    node 11.15
    Docker version 19.03.5
    docker-compose version 1.24.1
    @enigmampc/discovery-cli 0.1.8
