是否为互联互通版本的具体区别是什么？

ic_mode 遵守互联互通标准的交互和算法流程。除此之外，我们增加了更多的sanity check，这些sanity check包含了通信，为了避免打破互联互通，因此用ic_mode flag加以控制。
