I can't get the password

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.I've install Concerto 390 in my PC. Ubuntu 12.04

2.I've run Setup and I've request a new password. My e-mail address is in the 
MySQL data base, in users section. 

3. I don't get the password. In previous occasions I got it.

Check if your PHP is configured properly to send emails.
PHP uses sendmail by default. 

sudo apt-get install sendmail

Thank you for your answer, but ...

I installed sendmail (it worked ok).

But the process was like the previous ones. It finished with this warning: 
"Mail has been sent to your user email account for verification. Delivery of 
email can take up to several minutes. Please ..."

Then the email didn't arrive.
