[ ] Figure out, what plugins to use for Maven, Java, Checkstyle, Findbugs, PMD
[ ] Maybe add devcontainer support (then we could raise Java version even to 23)

Closed as we use Kotlin and so IDEA is an only option for us to write code ;(
